Terms and conditions

These terms govern all competitions run by Freedom Mode Collective Ltd. Please read them before entering.

Important: all of our competitions are currently hosted, sold and drawn on the Raffall platform. Raffall's own terms and conditions govern your entry and take precedence over anything on this website. These terms describe our role as promoter. They should be reviewed by your own legal adviser before launch.

1. Eligibility

Entrants must be 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom, and must also meet any eligibility rules set by Raffall. Employees of Freedom Mode Collective Ltd, their immediate families and anyone professionally connected to a competition may not enter.

2. Our role and the platform

Freedom Mode Collective Ltd creates and promotes competitions. It does not host entries, take payment or run draws. Each competition is listed on our Raffall profile, and Raffall operates the entry process, holds entry funds and carries out the draw under its own published rules. We are not a gambling operator.

3. Entry routes

You enter by paying the published entry fee on Raffall. Where a competition offers a free entry route, that route and its requirements are set out on the competition page on Raffall, and entries made through it are placed in the same draw with identical odds.

4. Entries and ticket numbers

Ticket numbers are issued by Raffall once an entry is accepted, and are confirmed to you by email. Whether an entry is valid, and any question of refunds for entries, is determined under Raffall's terms.

5. Limits and closing

Each competition publishes a maximum number of tickets and a closing date on its Raffall page. A competition closes when the maximum is reached or at the published closing date, whichever is first. Any change to a closing date is published on that page.

6. The draw

The draw is carried out by Raffall, which selects a winning ticket at random from all valid entries and publishes the result on the competition page. Under Raffall's guaranteed draw terms the draw takes place on the published closing date whether or not all tickets are sold.

7. Winners, verification and prizes

Winners are notified using the contact details supplied to Raffall. We may require proof of identity and address before releasing a prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails verification within 14 days, a redraw may take place in accordance with Raffall's terms. Prizes are as described on the competition page. Where a cash alternative is offered, its value is stated on that page.

8. Cancellation and refunds

If a competition is cancelled, refunds to paid entrants are processed by Raffall, which holds the entry funds. We may cancel where a prize becomes unavailable or where the competition cannot be run fairly.

9. Conduct and fraud

We may void entries, suspend accounts and withhold prizes where we reasonably suspect fraud, multiple accounts, automated entry or any attempt to manipulate a competition.

10. Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the entry fees you paid for the competition in question. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

11. Promoter

Freedom Mode Collective Ltd, registered in England and Wales.
